Detroit Dogshit (RLP 1996)

This album would be Esham’s last release on RLP.  This was a ‘greatest hits’ release, containing a selection of tracks from his earlier albums, along with 4 new tracks; Remixed versions of Rocks off and Mental Stress, Fear (A Boomin Words – Judgement day era styled track) and 30 Birds (perhaps left off of Dead Flowers?).  Some of the hits this album included are Flatline (Closed Casket), Word after Word (Boomin Words from hell), and Get my head together (life after Death).  At the time, it’s a good collection to introduce someone to the wicket shit, and Long time fans enjoyed the new tracks.  (This was pre-Napster/Kaaza/Limewire after all!)
