Mail Dominance (Gothom/Overcore 1999)

After a 1 year haitus, Esham signed a new deal with Overture music and released this album, which was not only a departure from his music, but from rap in general. The production was handled mostly by Jade Scott Santos, and it made use of TV show themes and 50s music samples to make up it’s tracks. In a way, it was strangely similiar to his other albums, but at the same time it was different. This caused a lot of anger and controversy amongst fans when it only recieved 2-1/2 mics in the Source.
